martin doesnt list the specs of daves guitar anymore


what current guitar is it the most similar to? bracing, wood, sound wise.

logic would say his old HD-28V, but ive never played or seen a DM3MD in person, nor am i logical.

there discontinued, they show up on ebay u can check to see if the seller shows the specs on there.

3-piece back and headstock, with east indian rosewood on the outer edges and dyed red african padauk as the center wedges. engelmann spruce top. gloss top. V neck. scalloped bracing. ebony fretboard. vintage appointments. 234 total made, dave has 3 of them.

You can still buy the guitar it's a D-35. I personally wouldn't but the DM version because it's too pricey and has his name on it.

oh ok, I thought you meant you couldnt find any info on the martin site. It gives some insight but not all those specifics.
