the one sweet world intro, although not fast, improved my playing a great deal when it came to jumping all over the place.

"Us and Them" is another Floyd song with similar picking.

"Everybody Hurts" is a pretty well known one by R.E.M.

"Every Breath You Take" by The Police ends up being more a work out for your left hand if you're not used to the add9 shapes, but it's arpeggios, anyway.

"Grace" by Jeff Buckley is a fantastic tune. There's a great tab site for him here -

And I suppose if you're really looking to build your chops, you could try some Yngwie Malmsteen.

that and the one sweet world intro will help you A LOT.

or like sarah said...do some simon and garfunkel. the problem there is that most of that stuff is meant to be finger picked. so it might now work.

although most of these suggestions aren't really arpeggios, a very very good one for you to try would be radiohead - street spirit.

teach yourself Dave and Tim at Luther. You bang that album out and youll be a different player. I learned the whole thing in high school and it made me the player i am today. While there have been albums that have had a stronger impact on me, this one has had the strongest on me as an acoustic guitar player.
