Everyone floats fries in the ocean???

Now obviously this isn't what dave is saying, but during the concert i went to in boone, he opened w/ bartender and started chanting this saying over and over again. he even ended the song w/ it. has anyone heard this before and know what he's saying?

agreed, he says everyone durin 29. but it seems like he says flows and then says something else that starts w/ f. that's where the topic title came from...and btw isaac. ive been waiting on you to change your avatar forever now so i can put on one of calvin. hell, that's where my e-mail address came from. calvin4pres....meaning calvin for president. but i don't wanna be a copycat
