Can someone please help me?!

I've been searching all day, but it seems usless whenever I don't really know where to look. I'm looking to find the covers of some dmb cds. I can easily find the booklets...but I'm looking to find the cover on the actual cd itself. If someone can give me some idea of where to look (link maybe)...or atleast tell me which cd covers are exzactly like the book covers...it will be greatly appresiated.

Is this so you can put covers on the cd's you illegally downloaded is it?

Just search google for cd covers, theres sites that have them.
