Baritone Tuning?

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

I think this has been talked about before...

But for Baritone you need a Baritone Guitar...

Raised B on the other hand, You need Some Heavy Ass Gauged strings..

But You really need a guitar that can take the tension of the strings. It's real bad on the neck....

Well...You can play them in standard..

Or you can find some shitty ass guitar to put in raised B, so it wouldnt matter if the neck gets warped.

I tried raised B but gave up. My damned strings buzz too much.

So on that note, does anyone have a standard tuned, angel tab?

Is their an inexpensive baritone guitar available?

There is a standard angel tab on this website, just goto the tab for angel and look on the left part of the page it'll say"Official DMBTabs Standard tuned Angel" or something along the lines of that

Yeah, where exactly do you get baritone guitars? Guitar center doesn't have a single one.

Baritones aren't really popular. I didn't even know about Baritones until Dave talked about his. The acoustic baritone he had made special from Taylor. You will have to do some searching to get one. It's not like they are rare, it's just they aren't that popluar, so you most likely won't see a lot on popular guitar sites. Also, for the electric baritone, he plays a Jerry Jones and a Santa Cruz, I believe that's what it's called.

Aren't raised B and Baritone different tunings? It would seem that you would tune down for baritone, as it is lower, whereas raised B would be, as the name implies, higher. What am I missing here?

Raised B is an octave higher than baritone.

And baritones are actually kinda hard to play. cuz the fret spacings are so wide and the strings are so thick. i wouldn't buy one unless i had a studio or was famous or rich and just kept it in my music room or something.
