Passion

(their love for music. You can't do anything almost to perfection unless you love/are passionate about what your doing. That is why they are so good imho. that and talent/ability. But love/passion more so.

EDIT: that might not be a technical musical term, but it definately is a musical term to me...

Approachability

As in:

The members of DMB seem like the most approachable musicians I've ever known. I feel like if I saw one on the street and we struck up a conversation that they'd be very genuine and down-to-earth.
