It's either 2-17-97 or 2-20-97. It was played both nights so the only thing to do would be to get a copy of both nights and see which one matches.

I went back and listened to LA again and it is definately 2/17/97. Say Goodbye is preceded by Let You Down, just as on LA and there is no audible gap or split between the two tracks on the Lost Acoustics.

The Lost Acoustics is a set of three discs that include some of the best songs that Dave & Tim have played. There really isn't anything special about it other than they play a few songs that you wouldn't expect to hear acoustic, like I Did It, along with a few others. It's a good set.
