Michael Keaton as Dave by far...

I think Jeremy Piven would be pretty good but I think Keaton's personality would seem more like dave. The way he comes across.

Stefan could either be Edward Norton shaved or Keanu, i'd pick keanu because he plays bass.

Piven is a wonderful actor. Haven't you seen PCU? He could definantley act like Dave.
