Where Are You Going question

hey all,
I can play this song perfectly with one exception. when i see the tab for the breakdown, i am completely lost...anyone have tips or insight it would be greatly appreciated...

Get a nice hold on the wwys breakdown and the stay or leave riff. Once you have that you should be able to play it just fine. same techniques different chords.

- I think there still might be a video of dave doing this one completly acoustic over at mtv.com Though I think its under the wrong title.

Get hold of Dave Live in England at the virgin Mega Store. He plays it there solo and that video helped me allot and the breakdown!
