Jimi Thing...

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Jimi Thing...

Post by YOYOYOYO »

Does anyone have anything to play along with the "If you could keep me floating..." or the "Sometimes I take a Jimi Thing..." part that Dave plays? Any tabs would be VERY great.

i hate it when people get burned when they ask a question. I don't really have an answer but i'd run off somthing from the E and A scale. Learning how to be creative and inventive is one step further to perfection. Jimi Thing is full of improve posibilities, just play around.

If you can get a hold of the Central Park concert, Warren Haynes does some improv with a slide that you might find helpful.
