Howie Day covering DMB

I just heard Howie's cover of 41. Amazing. Does anyone have his cover of SMTS available? I heard its good too. For that matter, does anyone know of any other good covers of DMB by other artists?

Howie Day might be talented but Watchtower/Halloween sucked

So Much To Say wasn't too bad.

Personally, I like the Frenchies more

Sounds like he's trying to sound like Dave in parts. Otherwise it's just not good. I've heard some great covers of Dave from local people here, but Howie should stick to his own songs.

All of Howie's covers always have that feature, he always mimics the singer.

Its awesome when he does David Gray etc.

#41 cover of Howie from '99 is the best of all DMB covers, possibly ever.

Hey, thanks. On the side, I haven't been around here in a while, so these "yousendit" things are kinda new to me. How long do they usually last?

I was never impressed by Howies cover's of Dave. The guitar in 41 is so off it makes it unlistenable for me... Plus, I don't like his voice in Halloween/Watchtower. He tries way too hard.

His other covers of U2 & Toto are great.

I personally love the Watchtower/Halloween cover. Not so much at the very beginning, but once it kicks in i love it. Good guitar too. 41 cover is also amazing!

I like his 41 cover a lot...ive heard a couple versions of it...i HATE his SMTS cover, tries to sound like dave WAYYY to much
