I liked the perfomance on letterman. it seemed like dave didn't struggle as much on the "STAAAAYYYY" part like he did at roseland. The jam at the end was sweet. it was like dave was just like f*ck it i'm just gonna rock out. I'm getting a little tired of american baby but i think they are starting to get the live vibe of the song down. just my thoughts

I think it was his violin on Letterman. I think on a few songs on Stand Up he uses a mandolin but not American Baby
