Thats a shame, I liked the looks of the PRS single cutaways.

Wow didnt realize this was old news, but ive never heard of this until now.

Gibson sues everyone. They sued ESP a while back for ESPs "EX" body style the was similar to a Gibson Explorer. Gibson won, and now ESP's EX guitars have a more pointed edge, while Gibson Explorers are more rounded.

On the PRS site they have had some weird messages when you try to view some of their custom guitars. They had to take down some pics because of a lawsuit.

gibson is just mad becuz there not keeping up as much in guitar's i mean yes there good but when you look at them compaird to the sell of fenders thats so widely known and plus there acoustic dont do much for me when you want acoustic look to alvarez,taylor,martin,you know the good ones ha

I prefer fender, but the only reason why Fender might outsell gibson is because gibson are expensive, and they don't make cheap beginner guitars

PRS own. you also dont see fender sueing like every guitar brand there is because of the strat design and those actually look like strats.

If Gibson is winning their cases, that could be for a reason.

PRS are way overpriced, and the few I've played haven't had any better action, tone, or sustain than my Les Paul has.

I can't stand Fender, but that's me.

And Strats are crap compared to any Gibson at all. Used to own one.

My opinion.

the vaginal fluid they are secreting is the same composition of urine minus the uric acid and phosphorous. i learned that in 11th grade anatomy. btw, sometimes it does have a FAINT smell of Pizzle.

Isnt that because the strat body style was never actually copyrighted... Just the headstock shape?
