This is a snippet from my computer challenged friend. He's still working out the lyrics, so i'll post again when he finishes it. He's playing both guitar parts and violin in this.

WOW. That is awesome. At first the guitar seemed really basic and kinda boring, but when the second guitar and the violin came in, I loved it.

I really like it. Not liking the beginning much. I would say just fewer of the scales at the beginning, or find a better lick to play at the beginning but once the other guitar and violin come in it is awesome!

What did he use to record this?

I like it, but I agree the scale like intro can get a little repetitive. The violin sounds like an electric, or was it just recorded differently? I went to his website and checked out a few tunes, he has a nice voice.

He's got a custom made acoutic/electric violin. It's awesome. I agree though. I think the scale should be a little shorter, we were just trying to get the idea recorded.
