Chicago first stop?

I'm going to the first show and I was curious about why dave was opening in Chicago first. I'm not complaining at all, but do any of you think that dmb decided to let Chicago have the first listen due to that dumping incident?

lol...sorry..im stupid....but still...i dont remember chicago being that early in a tour....usually at the end or middle.

last year chicago was the second show. In 2003 it was in July and 2002 was in August.
