play it w/ a capo on the 7th fret and u can use the same fingering and stuff

just put the capo on fret 7, and play it.. it not hard at all

Yeah, Oh is very easily done with the capo. It doesn't go higher than 5 frets from the capo, so it's a ton easier than playing Stay Or Leave or YNK with a capo.

u can find a solo acoustic of dave doing Oh and Stay or Leave bellow, both are played in raised b but i jsut play em with capo on 7th fret cuz last time i tried to tune my guitar up i broke a string, elixirs too, and my guitar shop doesnt sell elixirs in singles so i had to get a differnt kind and it went dead way faster than the other strings

Trying to tune up standard strings to raised B is the worst idea because it will never work. I haven't the foggiest idea why people attempt it.
