ok...first off, the things that tipped me off are:

super high gloss
phony tag
funky odd headstock
black pickgaurd
teardrop pickgaurd
neck width

people around the TGF (taylor guitar forum) report these all the time...some psople take a K-Mart guitar ($99) and put stckers on it and do some minor HORRID cosmetic tuch-ups and try to sell them!!!

Sad thing is that this eBay seller probably doesn't know it's a fake. It looks like they're a pawn shop so they were probably duped by some swindler... :roll:

Still their responsibility to research their products though...

it looks to me like its a really low end yamaha... and the headstock makes it look like a toy :lol:
