Guitar Amp Suggestions

Post by jimithing1221 »

Hey everyone. I've been reading posts here for a long time, but never posted myself. I finally have a question to ask. I'm looking for a real nice acoustic amp to put some live shows on. I need suggestions. Any and all are welcome. Thanks for your time.

when it comes to acoustic amps there is NOTHING better than ultrasound.

Strawberry Blonde from SWR

http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/sid ... rry+blonde

Either the AG-50DS2 or the AG-100DS2...just depends on how much power you want.

hope that helps.

yes, but i woudl check other stuff out only if you don't have an EQ on your acoustic. the settings for the SWR can be rather touchy and at higher volumes, its real easy to get violent feedback if you are close to the amp (but thats only really loud stuff  )

get the strawberry blonde man! there is a very simple solution to your problem... get a mic cord that has an XLR input and a 1/4" output, you can plug a mic into a guitar input! i have one and they work very damn well... you can find them in pretty much in music store or on the net.
