I posted a thread on this a little over a month ago. It ended up being 4 pages of educated guess. I don't think any signs show him being present. He was not on their last two albums disregarding Some Devil, and I could see his creative talent clashing with that of the new producers. IMHO.

I think they should have brought Tim in for a track, but never say who played those parts. Then later down the road, for just one song, Tim walks out on the stage, and they play the song as the Encore, and then they all leave.

No, the one in crush is a Byrdland, not an ES. It is said not be evne his. The ES he has is black, and has a sharp cutaway. He barely plays with it live, I believe he uses it for fool to think. The modulus was played for PNP into Rapunzel once. I don't know what else he uses those for.

Also, I always think of the most wild and improbable ideas, it's who I am.
