Looking for tab of "Time" by Dave Koon

Hey all...can someone help me out here with the tab of the Dave Koon song "time". He is the lead singer of the Dave Matthews Cover band. What a kick ass song!! Any help would be great, and to those who haven't heard it yet...go to http://www.thedmcb.com and listen. Its a great song.

I finally figured a tab out that works...might not be exactly where he plays it on the guitar but the notes are definately correct.
