Need help tabbing a sister hazel song

ok, so if any of you like sister hazel and have the new album lift, the song is in the moment, and i just happen to like it and want to tab it out, but i am not a super great player or tabber
i have a live video that i took with my digital camera to help and i can send an mp3 of the song with it so you can hear the guitar better because i was right in front of the stage and the speakers didnt really pick up there...
