The sound engineer recorded a few of our live sets and the final product was in .wav format. I converted the .wav to .mp3. Is it easier to edit .wav, can I even edit .mp3's?
Any shareware software selections you might recommend to edit with?
Basically I just want to seperate the file into seperate tracks and remove some dead spots, fade in/fade outs, etc.
peace,
C

Thanks all.
I now have a piece of shareware that I found after searching for a little bit more. I will look into bbatsell's idea too. Thanks folks.
I just like typing "bbatsell"
