In my opinion, the best dave songs. period.

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

i'd rather keep satellite but a compromise is a compromise...

here's what i'd put...

warehouse(with passion intro)
minarets
stone
seek up
two step
last stop
dreaming tree
#34
fool to think
halloween (L@LC version)
stay or leave
JTR

basically i'd put anything except these...

ants
crash
satellite (bordeline)
track 10 and 11 from everyday (forgot the names)
space between
i did it
where are you going

You're right. I don't care that much for the stop-time intro. It sounds cool, but is overdone at concerts. Its too bad he doesn't do the passion intro at concerts with the band. I can just see dave doing the weird echo-vocal effects with butch adding keyboard dittys and boyd possibly plucking along.

yeah, man. this is where I'm comin' from. Don't Drink the Water made me intrigued but Ants got me HOOKED. I'll never ever get sick of that song. BOWA is another early one that got me hooked. another one would be Crush. but this list here is as good as it gets. only one I'd take out would be Stay. I put Crush, #41, The Stone above that one but Stay adds good flavor to that particular list.
good, and you?

those are the five i just could not live without.

Digging a ditch is pretty boring but could be spiced up easily, say goodbye is awesome.

At the headwaters show, they changed it very slightly and it was pretty cool, if i remember they just increased the speed while tim did some fast fingerpicking parts, then back to the verse...simple but very cool

Here's mine. In no particular order, of course.

One Sweet World
Seek Up
Pig
LIOG
The Stone
Raven
How Many More (I know. It's not 'officially' a song, but I love that groove. They should really do something with that one.)
Dancing Nancies
JTR

That's good for now. Yes, Ants is pretty much DMB's theme song, but I don't think it's one of their very best.
