My last one..... That post was intended to be arrogant. Hence the "There you go...Is that what you want?" Apparently, he finds cocky to be a characteristic that should be looked up to. So hopefully, he idolizes me now. Does it really matter why Im on here if I said I was leaving... geeeeeeez.fatjack wrote:how incredibly... what's the word im looking for... arrogant?jellyfish wrote: Well, this would require some thought & time. I dont have either right now. But, I do know you're approximately 16 & don't have time to argue with somebody who is not as experienced in this world as I am.
BTW, Your not getting under my skin. I've got 2 people over my shoulder laughing at you right now. You're just a young buck who needs to grow.
and you still haven't explained why im arrogant...
and if you have so little time, why do you keep posting after you've said "goodnight" on several occasions?

I think someone has told you that before.
Take it as a precautionary measure. People like GOOD guitarists with GOOD attitudes. And it was funny for you to thank Shane for being humble, because it seems that your not.
If you like to wave your arrogance around here because you are alot better than most on the boards than thats fine. But, PLEASE don't act like that in the Real World. We have enough assholes out there.
Just simply observing.

it seems to me that you are basing this off of your assumption of the meaning of what i said. assumptions lead to false perception, ESPECIALLY over the internet.
i dont know what else i can say other than what i said meant exactly what i said: no hidden meaning behind it. shit, go talk to shane if you want another opinion of my character (which would be from someone who knows me just a LITTLE bit better than yourself).

If fatjack was a newb than you'd have a lot more support in this discussion but he's been here a while and most of us know that he's not genuinely arrogant. I don't blame you for interpreting it that way but you're wrong.jellyfish wrote:jellyfish wrote:jellyfish wrote:jellyfish wrote:Ha.

yeah seriously dude.. if what he said was arrogant, then if a math teacher was like 'im glad you understand the material and dont rub it in others faces,' he/she too would be considered arrogant.MWR wrote:If fatjack was a newb than you'd have a lot more support in this discussion but he's been here a while and most of us know that he's not genuinely arrogant. and by the way, about your preconceptions about how age relates to wisdom, ive got news for ya, age has nothing to do with it. a few people on the boards know ive got more life experience than a lot of people older than me, so i take a bit of offense to that.
