Alvarez 12er, should i buy it?

okay, im contemplating purchasing this guitar from rsabala, a member of the boards here. im getting a fair price, and i want it, the only thing is, chances are i wont be able to play it before i buy it, and it is an acoustic. what do you guys think i should do?

he chargin me 415 without the case, 500 with. +shipping

im gonna try to get him to throw in the case for an inbetween price cuz i cant afford 500 and i dont know what he'll do wit the case and without the guitar

hey whoever is selling this dude... ive seen this very guitar sold new with case for $490. and it wasnt a place that didnt know their shit, 10 feet from the room with this guitar was a bunch of taylors, martins, santa cruz's and some other small luthiers. so $500 for a used one with a case is a little steep. i think somewhere around $460 or so would be more fair.
