#41 +flute

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

wouldnt sound bad im sure, though if u could get someone to do some percussion (maybe bongos, who knows hehe), im sure it would only make it flow even better. I played grace with a violinist at my school once and it was awesome, she really put a lot of soul into it. let ur friend add their own twist on the song (thats what mine did), you'll be amazed at what you can do with a cover.

yup, dont go just by leroi's stuff, the songs the key of G so just work with that, the guitar will be the meat of course, just let your flutist do his thang and make it original.

hey man, work out the riffs you want her to do in your upper register. like, up on your two highest strings, and then write the notes down. that would be her part. ^_^ just a suggestion.

or you could just have her play dave's singing part and just keep it instrumental. It would be easier for because she wouldnt have to improv too much

I've had a flute player sit in with me on several occasions. It's a great combo on #41.
