So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Alright, I just watched it again to make sure, and it's what he's fuckin playing! It's what I see, he's definately doing that, so that's how I'm gonna play it.
No need to get all hostile. Play it how you want to play it. I am just saying that the tab on the site is right, and in my opinion after watching the 9-3-04 DVD and the VFC show, and playing it how you think it is played and how Jared has it tabbed, I'm going to stick with the tab that Jared has, because it sounds right to me. But if you're seeing something different, then fine, play it how you think he is playing it. I was just trying to help and offer my $0.02 to the topic. I'm here to help :-)
Word, hostility is flowing from my soul tonight, sorry man.

No biggie, just here to help out as much as I can, and if someone thinks that a tab is wrong I'll go through and double check the tab and make sure it sounds right, but feel free to play it anyway you want ;-)

New song.. so maybe Dave plays it 2 different ways...
"Its not easy being green.. its not easy being me" - Dave 4-4-03
"Everyday should be a good day to die" - "You Never Know"

or maybe he could be strumming it a weird way with upstrokes and stuff so the tab on the site could sound right.

Doesn't matter how it's strummed, I keep looking at his fretting hand, and thats what he's playing.
