might be a stupid question..but pretty much fans make their own videos or fans have vids they want to share...you send them a few CDs through the mail and they will burn them for you and get them back to you?

If they are vids then they are most likely on DVD. So you would need to send a blank DVD or two depending on the show to someone. Check here often because someone is always offering B+P's.
