Dave as an actor

Anyways, I agree Davy, he needs either a slightly comedic role or a really serious one to show his skill. Wasn't he an "art" major at the ju-co he went to?

Of course you can have a major in a subject in jr. college or any 2 year school. You're going for an associates degree, hopefully later a bachelor's degree.

Your concentration or major doesn't just mean 4 year school.

In the book Step Into the Light there is a section on Dave in his college age'd days that goes into some detail about Dave's talents in the area of acting.

i went and watched wherew the red fern grows last night and i have to tell ya daves a pretty fuckin sweet actor i thougt it was gonna be stupid because maybe hes tryin to sell out like and be one of those musicians turned bad actors but man he was pretty damn good than again it was a disney movie

I did, then a B.A., at present I am working on my M.A.

Either way, I remain eternally jealous that Dave Matthews can sing, write songs, play guitar, AND act.

I went back and read thatas one long snetence and no pauses, Im laughing my as off. I just picture this little 6 year old girl saying it to her mom cuase she thinks the mom cares.

All gramaticalarguments aside, i'm going to get good and ripped to see that movie. It will be worth the 7 bucks to see Dave playin for a bunch of animals in a pet store. If you watch the trailer it looks histerical.
