I think the artists name shouldn't go along with the mp3 at first so as to minimize bias.

Well, the artist's name should be in the mp3 filename - I sincerely doubt we're going to have anyone vote for or not vote for someone simply because of who they are. But if enough people want it, I'll figure something out to hide the artist name until after the person has voted.

EDIT: Guys, when you submit your entries, make sure to put your board name at least (if you want to put your real name, then put your board name in parentheses) - App, I'm going to add your board name if you don't mind.
