whats a good $350-400 acoustic or a/e guitar

don't get electronics right off the bat. spend the money on a good acoustic only guitar and then have a B-band or I-Beam active system installed when you really need it.

Thanks everyone for all the replies (I had forgotten about my thread and just checked back to see if anyone else had replied and was amazed by the response), I'm gonna have to head back out to guitar center and check all these recommendations out!

find a takamine in that price range...they are good for quality and sound and good prices for cutaways and electronics...

Epiphone PR-6e has been getting awesome ratings by the guitar magazines....i have played one, also..very nice. i'm looking to get one for X-mas.
