i don't know why everyone says you sound like mayer. your voice isn't annoying to listen to like mayer's.

not sure that I think you sound like Mayer, but I'm really diggin your voice man...and you have gotten a lot better in singing. guitar was right on too as far as I know.

Great guitar skills too, did you figure out the song yourself or use a tab? If you used a tab can you direct me to it? I have the basics of the song figured out but I want to compare with other versions...

BTW, what'd you use to record that? It sounds really good. Did you do the guitars seperately and then put your voice over it?

sounds really good whered you get the tabs for this song? on the mayer fan site or somewhere else? when i play it , it just doesnt sound right. any help?

I agree that the mayer comparison is off because your voice is actually enjoyable. Put the vocals more up front next time.

wow...that was really well done. I do think you sound like JM, but contrary to other people, i like his voice. well done all around! keep it up.

I just played it throgh, looped the first verse and then sang over the guitar later.

Mave, that was awesome. When the vocals came in I did a double-take, 'cause I thought maybe I had accidentally played the Mayer version. Very very nice. One thing though, I'd say maybe make the vocals just a tad bit louder. Not sing louder, but if you recorded the vocals separate and then mixed 'em, just up the volume on the vocal track just a bit. Nicely done though.
