Don't fail the band by making assumptions too early. They have only been putting out ass kicking music for 15 years now, so what makes you think that this album will suck??? What we've seen on the site isn't even a scratch in the surface of this album. Be patient and support the band. Go buy the release to see what it is all about and form your opinion on the whole product, not just a very small portion of it. It would be like saying that the Mona Lisa sucked after the first few strokes of the paint brush.

On a side note, I don't think you'll be disappointed with the final product.
wait wait wait i never said i thought it was gonna suck i didnt say that some devil and everyday sucked either i just said they wernt as good as crash and BTCS its almost like when you see a really good movie and then the sequal comes out and your lookin for it to impact you the same as the first but it doesnt and its not because its bad its because it doesnt live up to the first. :D

P.S. mona lisa dosent have any eyebrows

that's such an unfair comparison. Some Devil and Everyday are nothing like BTCS.
and since they aren't as good as what i would say is a near flawless cd it isn't good?

As far as production goes, anyone is better than Steve Harris. He really sucked festering goat cock.
i think this album will be more mature like BTCS and very much different from Everyday.
And everyday was good.
Busted Stuff i think was.. rushed. And outside forces should have been brought in to nudge the creative process and inspire like in BTCS (the string quintet or whatever, and bela, and tim and alanis)....
this album is gonna be good. the african wail and little thing after it renewed my faith.
I agree with Everything you just said. As far as Busted Stuff, for not putting out Lillywhite because it was "depressing" and "lacked energy," along with many other reasons, Busted Stuff sure is boring as hell. All good songs, but still- boring.
Stay with me, safe and ignorant.

BTW, Everyday wasn't that bad. Hell, Fool to think & So right make that album worth buying. Also, What you are, Everyday, WTWE aren't so bad either.
i agree...this album has grown on me over the last few years...i can see how when it first came out, it's style-change was a shocker to most people, but i gotta say, it's sort of like a bottle of wine getting better with age... just my opinion

as far as this thread, i'm never nervous about any album...that doesn't make much sense..i'm excited to see what their minds have come up with next..music shouldn't make anyone nervous

i think everyday and some devil were both really good albums. sure they werent btcs and uttad, but think about how long you have been listening to the band since then, expectations can only grow. there arent many albums out there by other bands/performers that you can put in and listen to all of the way through, and i could do that with both everday and some devil
