John Paul Jones is a genius and so is every member of Led Zeppelin.

I think he was showing off the JPJ 'symbol' on his guitar, and was like "oh yea I played in zeppelin, too".

i can recognize the guy's skill... but that recording was terrrrrible. the loops didn't match up, and overall result was a mix of cacophonous guitar sounds. It was painful to hear, but fun to watch none the less.

i thot it matched up nicely, the way it was kinda like goin between parts that you could hear, i cant explain it, but i thot it sounded good....

Yes, JPJ is the former bassist/mandolin/keys/etc for Led Zeppelin.

thats a cool video, and what part of that doesn't seem impressive? I mean maybe it's not the most incredibly fast piece in the world but I think given the proper gear not too many people could just get something like that down with ease, but I'm biased because I'm not any good.

I dunno, just seemed like him noodling with a delay modeler...I'd rather hear the intro to No Quarter.
