If you are still looking for a way to pull the audio from an mpeg file.

check out http://www.dbpoweramp.com/ this application with the right codecs installed can convert just about any audio format to any other audio format.

Its also able to convert the audio from a lot of the common video formats (wmv, mov, mpg, avi, etc)

I didn't get quite the boner that everyone else did. :D

You have the strumming sections down but the runs are all over the place. Good job though. :thumbsup:
