I have a group and we'll play some Dave's tunes soon in Quebec City.
Tell me if you are from Quebec and if you are interested to come when the time will be. Here's what we play:

Yes, it's not perfect, but I think it sounds great anyways

Some passages are personnalized too but form is the same.

And.. i dont think space between is a good opener. Maybe switch it and ants marching?

Ok, my real name is James Clouston, but the band's name is James Matthews Band, the reason why "The space between" opens the show is that I'm from Quebec and you know... DMB is not as popular as it is in the USA... The Space Between is known to most everyone so its the reason why the show will start with it... but I know Ants Marching could make a lot of noise at start

Anyways... my group is composed of :

Me at guitar and vocals
Bass
Drums & Percs
Chorist (lovely lady)
Got no sax, no violin you know why? 1st : It's hard to find good motivated sax & violin playa... 2nd : I think when played by "amateurs", those 2 instruments sounds like shit... And 3rd : More $$$ with only 4 members

Good luck with your music. I saw DMB in 1998 in Canada. It was a great show cause no one was there.
