One Sweet World tab

Question about the OSW tab....in the "One sweet world..." part, the first chord is tabbed with the D string fretted at the 10th fret but that doesn't look like that's how it's being played in the video. Am I missing something?

Use your pinky. It sounds fine with out the 10, but I use my pinky and I think Kanter may do the same.
