aaanyway... my imitation ovation was from here, and i like it.
My friend has one of the imitation les pauls and its fine aswell.
Anyway.....
I want a bass.
But i dont know anything about the pickups and what type makes what sound (like i do with guitars)
so um...which one should i get?
And btw- dont tell me to play any basses cuz ihave NO idea what they should feel like.

at that price all pickups sound the same... techinically i prefer j's

the j type pickups, i dunno what they called exactly, they're the kind on jazz basses as opposed to P-90's on precision bases
