Opinions needed

Hey everyone,
I have a couple of questions and I need your opinion guys. I am getting a new computer and need a good sound card. I was told to get either the ODG2Platinum or the XTG2Platinum wichever one is available here. I think thats what they are called the phone line was pretty bad, and so I think thats what this guy told me to get....

. Another thing is I'm thinking of getting the POD6XT Live floor Multi-effect peddal it sounds sweet. Also, I wanna get a spider series from Line 6 Amp (30W). So basically I need your opinions, suggestions and experiences (if any) with these pieces of equipment. Thanks a lot.

ive had nothing but good experiences and good feedback on line6 stuff. with cpus ussually more exspensive = more better. thats all i got

I believe you are talking about Audigy and Extigy. I believe those soundcards are pretty decent but I've never tried one.

get the line 6 spider 2 100 watt... more effects, more sound, built in tuner, its fuckin amazing, and its just a little more.

Thanks for the imput the thing is the 210W cos thats the bigest one available is like twice the price of the one I'm thinking of getting so I dont think I can afford it plus I'm getting all the effects from the floor pedal. Speeney you are right thats what they are called so I'll see which one I'll get.
