somebody had fun with the drop-D didn't they?

anyway, sounds good, not so much reverb on the vocals in the beginning though...

dig the slide too...

okay REALLY DIGGIN' the slide! (can you tell I'm writing this as i listen?)

the second guitar is too effects laden at times, drowns out your voice in certain parts...

and where's the alanis track man?! j/k :P

overall, i give it an A-

As usual that rocked fire. BLADOW! Out of curiosity, how much time passes from the point where you decide you are gonna cover a song to where you have a finished product.

Fire.... this kicked ass!
I really liked the intro..pretty creepy.
The verse sounds like you took the slide from Leave Me Prayin, sweet :D
You did a good job on the vocals too but they should they have been a bit louder at times.
How am I supposed to compete with all these effects? huh?
What did you use by the way? Delay pedal or effects on the br-8?
I've never actually messed with mine....

Anyway, very very very cool stuff

haha...however long it takes to hit the rec. button and play through it  ...
I used the br-8 for delay and reverb, and the DL-4 for the octave drop ending Tim part...

thanks everybody...

:D fire

Im not so sure if i like the vocals in the beginning because in reality only dave can pull off the wailing.

Very nice job on the verse, second guitar gives it a creepy ambience

Slide is without a doubt the highlight.
Slide is excellent.

Youve got a great voice man but maybe you could try to do your own thing instead of just imitating dave, i would love to hear what YOU sound like.(the dave clones are going to attack me for that comment.)

I Like how you put your own spin on your covers, it makes them interesting.

You should try some slide work in open d sometime.

good job man

Overall: B

And we see faces walking back
Tonight everybody gonna remember

well...thanks...hmmm...almost everyone else tells me "thanks God you don't try to sound like Dave"...I don't just imitate him...like I have said before...I haven't even listened to Dave for pleasure in like 2 years

and the slide was a LAST SECOND THING...funny enough, I had the idea while recording the second track...

in my own review...I thought it was below average...I just like slapping stuff together on the spur of the moment and seing what comes out...

and I have led my Youth Group in music for over 2 years now...and have played out many times...you are the onkly person who has said anything about me trying to/or naturally sounding like Dave 8)

anybody else?

me, I'm the one who told him to say it... but i'll say it again and throw something out there for you...

lets here your own style of voice... you know, none of your covers on your site have any lyrics  , lets here some of that so we can see your true voice...

got to get my copywrites first
but seriously...the only time I play Dave is when I do a cover...I spend so little time on them and could care less how they come out...and the only lyics you will hear from me are Christian :D 8)

I like to get feedback here, but it is deffinitely the smallest and least important of my musical outlets  ...you aughta' come out and see me some Wed night on stage :)
