Recording of me LIVE

Post by juineaux »

This is from last week, the recording quality is OK.
I just free jam the first part and i go into "hey joe". Im playing with an electric guitarist(im on acoustic), but hes hard to hear for the most part. Im singing and doing most of the playing. Please tell me what you think-

its under "free jam live":

what you do is pretty cool, can't say i like the electric. just crazy "pentatonic" madness as i call it, kinda gets old after a while...

but that is besides the point, your stuff is cool, but your distorted acoustic sounded kinda harsh, still good though

Yeah, the acoustic part, and your vocals, are all great. But the electric guitar just get way too crazy to be enjoyable. It sounds like he's just slamming his hands on there. In the beginning, it is perfect, but as it goes on, all you can possible concentrate on is the electric.
I can't believe that we would lie in our graves wondering if we had spent our living days well, and I can't believe that we would lie in our graves dreaming of things that we might have been...

not that's its anything too crazy (because it wasn't that impressive), just common. his playing isn't bad, because there weren't any awful mistakes, but it is just common pentatonic scale usage...

oh i didn't really know you changed. now im confused about which part it is. towards the end of the song, it gets really loud, with a bunch of stuff going on...
