Dave's Taylor

Post by Mr. Corn »

So on the gearlist it says he has a 914-C and a 714. On the 9 series I've seen him play he has some really cool inlay design on the neck, but I haven't been able to find that on Taylor's website. Is this a custom deal or is it a rare model?

probably Cindy inlays...named after Bob's wife...discontinued in 200, you can still custom order them...

Dave does have a 914ce w/ cindy inlay. one of the 2 most beautiful inlays that taylor has IMO. the former DMB Guitar site had listed a 914ce and a 714ce along with a taylor custom baritone. the grey street video has a clip of him playing the 914ce with cindy AND his w65ce.
