Fool To Think

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Fool To Think

Post by billywestom »

Anyone else think this a damn fun song to play? I'm mainly talking about the verse part. I kinda just discovered it after giving a listen from the Benaroya Hall DVD. The timing is kinda tough at first, but hella fun.
I can't believe that we would lie in our graves wondering if we had spent our living days well, and I can't believe that we would lie in our graves dreaming of things that we might have been...

Fool to think is very hard for me to sing to, cause of the funny timing. Fun to play though, i agree!

Because there isn't a video of the song being played. There will be a tab approved though.

I think it's been played once before live. Ever. Kanter tabs from videos, and there are none.

never live....only in soundcheck. Dave tried to play it but couldn't keep up singing the lyrics and playing the guitar and all that. It's a pretty hard song, especially with that timing

Thanks for the clarification. I remembered having looked at it at dmbalmanac and it listed it as being played once (ever) - I guess they count soundcheck too.

EDIT: Never mind, just checked; must've been thinking of another song. dmbalmanac lists it as being played 0 times.

You're right, what a show indeed though...i could spend hours just playing that chorus alone!
