Grey Blue Eyes

Hey fellas, I need some help. I know Dave doesn't play on Grey Blue Eyes, but I was wondering if someone could do a word by word transcription with basic chords for me. I wanna be able to do a solo acoustic and although Wormann's tab is great, I need a simple riff if anyone could help that'd be great.
