What do you guys that own them, or have played them, think of the Micarta fretboard. Just curious since i'am considering getting one very soon. Thanks

I think the fretboard is fine, as I mentioned the action was a little high on mine so I had to have it lowered a little.

I think I paid $1,050 from the Nazareth Music Store. I did the tour of the factory and bought the guitar while I was down there.

I highly recommend the guitar, my guitar teacher, who's is a big Martin fan will argue that it is almost the same guitar as Martin's expensive lines except for the cosmetics.

i went to another local guitar store today and the guy there said the same thing, he compared it to the D-28 i think. im very seriously considering buying this guitar.

Me too, I am mostly trying to decide between the d-16rgt or the 000-16rgt, but I will most likely get the dreadnaught.
