Thanks for all the input guys...

* I am torrent illiterate, so you may have to help me out there...

* Acoustic prog and alot o electric jazz/prog...the only problem with that right now is I can only compose, arrange, and perform my parts...I am using a casio to do my percussion, so I wouldn't sell that...have to wait until college next year and hopefuly find some willing musicians to actually record my prog songs...I have one in particular that I like where the drums are running in 6/8 while the guitar is in 3 and the bass is running a pattern that goes for a meter and a half so that it catches up every three meters and so on...

* Use of Time is one of the best 311 songs around IMO...I have it somewhere, but I am running temporarily off of my gf's mom's laptop, so I can't exactly do everything needed to upload and host any songs, so you all will have to wait...

* SAMPLES OF A FEW SONGS FROM THE CD WILL BE UP ON MY SITE and avaliable for download...probably like 1 min of 3 different songs that get the general sound/quality/style accross...just have to wait until I get my new computer to do all of this...

thanks again and I am open for any more input you guys have :)

True that...Danny Gatton is the classic example of this.

However, Phillip is extremely talented, young, and has a good head on his shoulders....I have no doubt he is going places.

actually, judging by his birthday (firedancer86), he's at minimum going to be 18 in a few weeks.

Soooo, he's most likely 18 now.

So, I have a single that I am going to be pushing...its a song called "For Her" ;)

I have a recording I did with the three guys (drums, bass, piano) I did the battle of the bands with...pretty decent quality for not really knowing what to do for recording drums lol...

If you guys want a "leak", it would be from that song...maybe I can finangle a way to get that up for a sample of what the tone of the cd will be like...

nice! i have your old version, without lyrics, just the instrumental. very cool sounding. haven't tried playing it, but they sound like those dave chords like in billies and grey street and whatnot....are they?

kinda'sorta dave chords, but they are just alternate voicings for basic chords...the progression is what I am more proud of in that song...

I will see what I can do to get it up...
