lookin at getting this amp for christmas. anyone have any experience with it/ advice on a better acoustic amp for around the same price?

also any notes on the fishman Neo-D soundhole pickup?

I have the Neo its not that great. I usually just end up using a Mic until I can get an internal fishman installed. If you need a sound hole pickup get the rare earth and spend a little more money IMO.

soundhole pickups tend to be on the lower end of sound.
that amp sounds real nice. ya. real nice

would the amp raise the quality of the sound even if the pickup were low end? the amp would blow most of the coin i have to spend on this stuff, so a better pickup isnt really an option

amps dont raise sound quality... auras raise sound quality. ifn you must get a cheaper anp and a decent pickup, the amp is only as good as the guitar, and teh guitar is only as good as its pickup
