sliding

I've been playing for 6 months and a day and I can get some slides, but others sound wrong. like in Ants, on the 5/7 slide, do you hit 5 then slide to 7, or just go 5/7 without actually hitting the 5?

hit 5...slide (I hammer) 7 (pull off from 7)...that is what I do...hope it helps some...listen to LALC

i've been watching the 9/29/02 DVD...it's helping. I just didn't know how to hit that last slide. thanks!
