Why would they include that. Do you even smoke cigars?

Actually I do and I noticed that I mispelled that but was to lazy to fix it.

Martins sometimes come with high action from the factory. Having a guitar set up to more playable action is perfectly normal and not "bs".

martins are set up near perfectly at the factory. the word slightly to me implies "we touched it with a file... that counts." i dont matter tho its still a good deal.

Its not BS.

I requested the lowered action and bone saddle in the quote because I have found most Martins have a action that is slightly higher than what I prefer. It added $90 to the price for both including the bone blank. They didn't even mention these things until I asked about them.

That's not true. Martin is my favorite mass-produced luthier (I own one), but I don't turn a blind eye to what little problems they do have.

ive been to the factory and evry single one of them after being built is set up and strung, and put in a case for 2 weeks. if after the two weeks there are no changes ie action or warping then they do a final set up and tuning and send em off. ive never heard of any problems. but then again the action can always be just a bit lower i guess, i dont matter tho no reason to argue. its a good deal take it

Transportation of any guitar can have an adverse effect. So when Martin ships their guitars to dealers all around the world, they have a chance of getting messed up a little bit.
