I can play just about every dave song pretty well but this song is kinda tough. I'm good with my fingers( ) but this song play's soo much with E and B, or A and B it's difficult.
Any advice beyond constant practice(the obvious).

I can play it. It's kind of an akward position for your fingers, so just get used to that. Also, that constant ringing of the G is important. Let it riing.
I learned this song after 4 months of playing, and still play it all the time. It's simple fingerpicking, it's the pattern tha tyou have to get. Also there's a strum to it too. PM me and I'll set you up with some stuff.
can someone post a good link for the tab, i've tried playing this and can get it down but the tab i was using was kind of out of whack and more complicated than i've seen others play it

the arrangement of the sections is different on Back In the US, not the parts though. Plus, on the anthologies, you can see paul for a minute playing blackbird in the studio, and it's the same way tabbed, with the strum.
